NCRPO relieves Moriones Police Station commander

The National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) relieved Lt. Col. Rosalino Ibay Jr. from his post as commander of Manila Police District (MPD) Moriones Station on Thursday, Aug. 24.

NCRPO chief Brig. Gen. Jose Melencio Nartatez Jr. ordered the relief of  Ibay over his absence during the command and district conferences

He was reassigned to NCRPO Regional Headquarters Support Unit (RHSU) effective Thursday.

MPD chief Brig. Gen. Andre Dizon said Ibay failed to attend conferences that require the attendance of all station commanders in Metro Manila.
