Man held for raping daughter in Batangas


CAMP MIGUEL MALVAR, Batangas City – A 40-year-old man was arrested on Wednesday, August 23, for allegedly raping his daughter in this city last May.

Batangas police chief Police Col. Samson Belmonte identified the suspect as “Dulix.”

Dulix was arrested for qualified statutory raped based on a warrant issued by the Family Court Branch 1 here dated August 22.

No bail was recommended for the release of the suspect who was among the most wanted persons in Region 4-A.

Belmonte said there is no letup in the hunt against wanted persons.

“Your police ensure that justice will be given to the victims of crime. The Batangas PNP is doubling down to catch those who are guilty of our law,” he said.
