FASHION PULIS: Not Buying His Image

One of the most treasured accomplishments in the entertainment industry is the presence of long-lasting relationships. While unmarried couples who are into long-term relationships are admired, married celebrities enjoy a higher level of respect. However, expectations for them are more.

Meanwhile, this showbiz couple enjoys much respect among their peers as well as the public. Over the years of their relationship, they have gained much admiration. The two raised children who are finding success in school and budding careers. Thus, whenever people are asked which showbiz couples are ideal, Accomplished Actress (AA) and Low-Profile husband (LP) will be among the top names.

AA has long enjoyed a fruitful acting career that showed her comedic and dramatic prowess. She can navigate from roles of the good to the bad girl in her projects effortlessly. LP, also an actor, paved the way for AA to work without having the added pressure to ensure the household runs well. LP did his share for the family even if that meant not focusing on his showbiz career.

Nonetheless, even if AA and LP projected an ideal relationship, somewhere along the way, their relationship encountered a bump. Allegedly, LP had an affair with a young woman. Although the said woman was of legal age, the thought of LP risking his family and losing AA was disappointing. Between the alleged infidelity and now, perhaps the love to keep the family intact and forgiveness prevailed.

A handful of celebrities can be candid and honest about their personal lives. On the one hand, some fans believe that celebrities are public figures who should be open about their lives to them. Hence, privacy should not be an issue. On the other hand, celebrities insist that they are entitled to their privacy and fans should only know professional aspects of their lives.

Despite the two contrasting views, social media followers are sharp when it comes to assumptions of a celebrity’s cryptic post. Immediately, netizens would connect a celebrity’s troubles with his/her post. The celebrity then has a choice between giving a reply or shutting up.

Meanwhile, loyal followers noticed that Female Celebrity (FC) seems to be more active in social media compared to a few months ago. Like her fellow celebrities, FC is known for posting thought-provoking ideas or reacting to personal and national issues. Her posts receive positive feedback with her followers agreeing with her views.

Apparently, FC has free time these days. The grapevine is abuzz that FC and Secret Boyfriend (SB) have separated. Although they have been seen together, FC never admitted she and SB shared something special. The public waited for an acknowledgement but FC kept mum. Her followers could not understand this behavior as FC is single when rumors linking her to SB started to surface. Perhaps, then and now, FC is among those celebrities who believe in her privacy while giving hints via social media posts.
