Decomposing body of man found in Sipalay City

BACOLOD CITY – The decomposing body of a man was found in Barangay San Jose, Sipalay City, Negros Occidental on August 23, five days after he was last seen alive on August 18.

Investigation said the victim,  Kemark Villanueva, 26, of Barangay San Jose, had a drinking session with his friend in the barangay on August 18.

Villanueva failed to return home until his family was informed on August 23 that he was found with hack and stab wounds.

Policemen are investigating the incident.
