Ben&Ben excited for first performance on FIBA World Cup opening day

Members of OPM band Ben&Ben could not contain their excitement as they will be performing along with pop star Sarah Geronimo during the opening day of the 2023 FIBA World Cup at the Philippine Arena in Bulacan on Friday, Aug. 25.

In the band’s Facebook post, the artists shared a series of photos of their preparation inside the venue. They even spelled out ‘FIBA’ with their bodies at midcourt.

The band also wished the participating teams, especially the Gilas Pilipinas, a good fight.

“FIBA WORLD CUP OPENING DAY! So excited to perform later! First time namin tumugtog sa isang basketball cup tapos FIBA pa. See you later!!! LABAN PILIPINAS,” the band wrote in the caption.

FIBA World Cup 2023 will be held starting Friday, Aug. 25 to Sept. 10.
