Mother, daughter yield shabu in Taguig

A mother and her daughter were arrested by the police for their alleged involvement in drug-related activities in Taguig. 

Personnel from the Taguig police’s Tipas Police Substation 5 apprehended Jeanie Dugay, 47, and her daughter, Eunice Dugay, 29, on Dingguinbayan Street in Barangay Ibayo Tipas, Taguig on Aug. 23.

Authorities recovered from the suspects six plastic sachets containing suspected shabu, weighing 25.5 grams with a street value of P173,400.

The suspects and the evidence were turned over to the Taguig police’s Drug Enforcement Unit. Complaints will be filed against the suspects.
