DICT addresses eGovPH login issues

The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) on Thursday, Aug. 24 issued a system advisory to address the PLDT and Smart users' reported login issues with the eGovPH application.

"The eGovPH team is attending to the reported issues concerning user logins within the eGovPH App for PLDT/SMART USERS," DICT said.

The department reminded the eGovPH app users to ensure that steps are taken to address the matter.

Meanwhile, DICT vowed that "ensuring the security and protection of your credentials remains our foremost concern, and we apologize for any inconveniences you may have experienced."

"We sincerely thank you for your patience during this period," DICT told eGovPH users.
