To give passengers better in-flight comfort and convenience, Philippine Airlines (PAL) has upgraded its Comfort Class service on domestic flights.
Comfort Class passengers can now enjoy access to PAL’s Mabuhay Lounges in Manila, Davao, Iloilo, and Cebu airports.
They can also access dedicated check-in counters and have increased mileage accrual to 115 percent for Mabuhay Miles Members.
In addition, they will have assigned overhead bins for their carry-on luggage and avail of enhanced in-flight snack options.
The upgraded Comfort Class also retains perks, such as seats with more legroom, complimentary blankets and pillows, reserved seats near or at the front of the cabin for faster and easier boarding and deplaning experience.
They are entitled to welcome drinks and juice, soda, coffee, and tea options,
25kgs free baggage allowance for checked-in baggage as well as assigned lavatory and amenities on select aircraft.
Launched in September 2022, PAL’s Comfort Class is offered on all domestic flights operated by the airline’s Airbus A330 Bi-class, Airbus A321ceo, Airbus A320 and De Havilland DHC-8-400 Next Generation aircraft.
“These improvements to our Comfort Class service will provide our passengers with a more pleasant experience when they fly on our domestic routes," says Yosh Yoshida, PAL Head of Product and Service Management.
