Contrary to rumors, seasoned comedian Vice Ganda remains former child star Awra Briguela's talent manager.
Vice confirmed this to ABS-CBN News, saying, “Yeah, she still is my talent.”
He wondered aloud why there are rumors about him supposedly dropping the controversial talent.
"Nagtataka ako kung saan nila nakukuha. No one asked me..."
He believes the gossip is being spread by individuals eager for attention.
Yung clickbait, grabe.'”
So how is Awra?
Vice already sat down with Awra's father.
He recalled saying: "Yung usapan na ito, everything is coming from concern and love, and support.”
What advice did he share with Awra?
So what can we learn from this especially… what can you learn from this experience, di ba? How can this experience strengthen you as a person, as human being, and empower you as a person, di ba? What can you learn from this? How can this experience make you a better person?"
Vice maintained Awra is "okay" and "trying to be better each day.”
As for fake news peddlers, he told them: "Bahala kayo sa mga buhay niyo. But again, at the end of the day, the truth will prevail."
