"Our artist's privacy has been seriously violated. We are currently gathering data on both the original uploader of the videos containing illegal acts, and everyone else who redistributed them,” the agency said, SBS News reported.

SM Entertainment added, “The agency continued, "With the assistance of both local and overseas law firms, as well as website operators, we are going to be asking national investigating authorities to carry out a thorough investigation."

Korean media and fans pinpointed a Twitter account with the name Judy Moody under the username @sunkissedviews as the one that uploaded the videos.

“You’d have so many cute stories to tell about the members but nctzens wanna be annoying  — i have soooo many cute stories,” Judy Moody posted.

Regarding the videos of Jaehyun’s room, she wrote, “This was rushed bc the circumstances buttttt that hotel key card though.”

She also posted a screenshot of messages about the incident. In the messages, she wrote that she entered Jaehyu’s room “with a key card like a normal person.”

When asked how she got the key card, she replied, “From themmmmm.”

The videos showed luggage, clothes and food in the room.
