Jak Roberto on Barbie Forteza and David Licauco: 'Pagdating sa trabaho, trabaho...'

Jak Roberto has been earning praises for his seeming nonchalant attitude relating to girlfriend Barbie Forteza being linked romantically to screen partner David Licauco.

Fans have been pushing for the two to "make it real."

The "shipping" actually spiked just recently with a photo of Barbie and David “hugging while sleeping” going viral on social media.

Some fans were agog, believing it was genuine.

Well, it is.

And isn’t.

It was Barbie and David alright but it was just a scene from their upcoming project.

Again, Jak was quiet.

Some can’t help wonder: How can he be cool about it?

The actor provided answers in his recent interview with Boy Abunda.

According to him, the pairing is just “work” and he is not keen on getting involved in any way.

It is part of his agreement with Barbie.

“Wala po talaga kaming pakialaman sa trabaho...Kumbaga parehas po kaming aktor, pagdating sa trabaho, trabaho po...”

In any case, when asked if he and Barbie are already discussing marriage, Jak quipped, “May mga times... Pero siyempre parang biruan lang...”
