Dead fetus found in Negros

BACOLOD CITY – A dead fetus was found in Purok Maligbasa, Barangay Santa Cruz, Murcia, Negros Occidental on Wednesday, August 23.

Police Capt. Everly Canto, Murcia deputy chief of police, said the male fetus, about six to seven months, was discovered by a resident.

Canto said that police are probing to identify the person who may have left the fetus in the area.

She said that nobody was able to notice someone dumping a fetus there.

The fetus was buried at the town’s public cemetery, according to Canto.
