Eastern offers free cloud service

For businesses

As part of its commitment to champion digital literacy and adoption nationwide, Eastern Communications launched a free 30-day trial of its cloud service for enterprises of all sizes until the end of October 2023.

Eastern Cloud is an Infrastructure as a service (IaaS) offering which enables business owners to free themselves from maintaining on-premise data centers.

Eastern, the IaaS vendor, provides the storage, network, servers, and virtualization.

Eastern Cloud now offers free 10GB RAM, 500GB of hard disk drive (HDD) storage, 100GB of solid-state drive (SSD) storage, two IP addresses, one virtual local area network (VLAN) plus one terabyte (TB) of outbound data transfer.

Interested individuals and business owners can use the free cloud service for 30 days and experience a flexible, scalable, and robust cloud network for day-to-day operations by registering at tinyurl.com/EasternCloudTrial.

Enterprises of all sizes can take advantage of the Eastern Cloud free trial until Oct. 31, 2023.

The service is secure and users can maximize the free trial without worries about their data privacy and safety, Eastern Communications assured.

Users who want to continue their Eastern Cloud subscription after the trial can explore the match subscription funds of up to $1,000.

Eastern offers a complimentary migration tool to provide uninterrupted continuity to customers who need to transition to the cloud.

"Cloud adoption is pivotal for all businesses," said Edsel Paglinawan, Eastern Communications Vice President and Head for Product and Innovation.

"In today's digital era, cloud adoption will provide businesses the capacity to cover a larger scope of work, a space for collaboration, and a multi-purpose hosting platform that offers flexibility," he concluded.
