Fetus discovered in chapel in Lucena City

LUCENA CITY, Quezon – A fetus was found inside a chapel by residents on Monday afternoon, August 21, in Barangay Kanlurang Mayao, this city.

The discovery was reported to the Women and Children’s Protection Desk.

The fetus was placed in a box and was blessed at the Saint Ferdinand Cathedral in this city before it was buried in the public cemetery in Market View here.

The Lucena City police station tracking team is locating the mother who faces an appropriate case.
