Man gunned down in Laguna

CALAMBA CITY, Laguna – A man was shot dead while walking on a road in Barangay Parian, this city, on Sunday afternoon, August 20.

Police identified the victim as Jose Marie Catubig.

Investigation said the victim was gunned down by an unidentified man wearing a black jacket, black T-shirt, maong pants, about 5’6” tall, ages 30- to 35, and wearing rubber shoes.

Catubig died on the spot and the suspect fled and is now the subject of a police manhunt.
