BACOLOD CITY – Two suspected drug pushers were arrested and 55 grams of shabu worth P374,000 were seized in a buy-bust operation in Henrietta Village, Barangay Singcang-Airport here on Monday, July 31.
Police identified the suspects as Je An Treyes, 40, of Barangay Taculing here, and Christian Ison, 43, of Barangay Sum-ag, this city.
Confiscated from them were the P500 marked money and the P5,000 boodle money.
Both suspects who were high-value individuals are detained at Police Station 8.
Police Brig. Gen. Sidney Villaflor, director of Police Regional Office (PRO)-Western Visayas, lauded the operating troops for the accomplishment.
"The positive result of the operation strengthens our stand on the war on drugs,” he said.
