James Reid, Liza Soberano still mum over Jeff Oh's supposed arrest

James Reid and Liza Soberano, among stars of talent label Careless, are still silent days after the reported arrest of company CEO Jeffrey Oh. According to reports, Jeffrey was detained by the Bureau of Immigration after his alleged failure to provide them with the necessary documents proving he is authorized to start and operate a business in the country. Veteran showbiz reporter Cristy Fermin tackled the issue in her vlog. She said, "Si Jeffrey Oh ay pinuntahan ng mga alagad ng batas sa kanyang opisina sa Poblacion, Makat. Inakyat doon ng mga awtoridad dahil may mga reklamo laban sa kanya. Baka ipa-deport itong Jeffrey Oh na ito." Cristy claimed that among Jeff's complainants is James' father, Malcolm Reid. “Dahil ‘yung pera ng anak niya—dahil parang sosyo sila ‘di ba—hindi nakakarating kay James Reid ‘yung kaukulang pangako na perang ibibigay bilang partner,”Cristy said. Note that James is also Careless chairman. He was responsible in convincing Liza to join the label.
