Actress-singer Toni Gonzaga recently gave fans an intimate peek into the moments leading up to the birth of her second child.

In a recent post, the 39-year-old candidly disclosed that she discovered her pregnancy December of last year.

And exactly 39 weeks and three days later,
on Aug. 11, at 2:05 p.m., they joyously welcomed their 6.8-pound bundlle of joy, Paulina Celestine "Polly" Gonzaga Soriano.

In the video she shared, Toni' is seen arriving at the hospital.

Conveying her excitement, she addressed her child saying, "We're ready to see you!"

In the birthing suite, emotions ran high as Toni embraced the moment of her becoming a mother once again, while her husband, film director Paul Soriano, excitedly cut the umbilical cord.

Then later, the parents introduced the new addition of their family to Severiano Elliott, their firstborn.

They also had their first photo as family.

In the caption, Toni expressed her profound gratitude, calling Polly "the greatest reward I’ve ever held in my arms" and thanking her for arriving precisely when she needed her the most, becoming her "new best friend."

It was Paul who delightedly shared the news of their baby's arrival via social media last week, providing details of the birth.

In his message, he extended gratitude for the outpouring of prayers and support, bestowing blessings upon those who had shown them kindness.
