Man tagged most wanted person for rape arrested in Taguig

A man tagged by the police as most wanted person who is facing a rape case was arrested in Taguig on Aug. 19.

The suspect, Ismerald Serrrano, 31, was nabbed in Purok 5, Barangay Lower Bicutan in Taguig by operatives from the 6th Maneuver Force Company-Regional Mobile Force Battalion (MFC-RMFB) and the Taguig Police Warrant and Subpoena Unit.

According to the police, Serrano is listed as the No. 5 most wanted person for the third quarter of August of the Taguig police.

Judge Loralie Datahan of the Taguig Regional Trial Court Branch 69 issued a warrant of arrest for rape against Serrano on Aug. 4.

Serrano was turned over to the custodial facility of the Taguig Police Station pending the issuance of commitment order from the court of origin.
