Tears fell after child shares heartwarming 'It's Showtime' tale

"Mini Miss U" contestant Eury Eleandre Villena from Tondo, Manila, made "It's Showtime" hosts cry recently sharing a cute, little story she made up about them.

In it, she described Vice Ganda, Anne Curtis, Kim Chiu, Vhong Navarro, and Karylle as "tagapagtanggol ng kasiyahan" and bestowed with special superpowers.

Vice has the power to make people smile even as he is also able to teach valuable life lessons using "magagandang salita."

Anne sings beautiful songs.

Karylle has "birit" powers.

Kim's dancing ability, meanwhile, could make both Vhong and co-host Jhong Hilario do acrobatic moves.

Vice was profuse in singing the child's praises noting, "Ang ganda ng pagkakakilala niya sa pamilyang ito...walang bahid."

He would go on to tear up telling the child that no matter what happens, wherever she goes, "may laging nagmamahal sa'yo...ang mga magulang mo at kami."

He will do the same, said Vice.

"Kapag nalulungkot ako, lagi kong iisipin na mahal mo ako..."

"Masayang masaya ako 'pag kasama kayo kaya minsan nalulungkot ako kasi natatakot ako na baka hindi ko na kayo makasama..."

Vhong joined in, saying, "Grabe ang dinala mo sa'min Eury...salamat at dumating ka sa 'It's Showtime..."

At that point, Vice called on the other hosts of the show to gather around and give the 6-year-old a hug.

Said Kim, "Sana lahat ng tao ganu'n ang tingin dito sa 'It's Showtime.'"

The scene has gone viral on social media.

Many believe the hosts' emotional reaction relates to the summons sent by the Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) not long ago to producers of the show over alleged "indecent acts" as done by Vice and boyfriend Ion Perez on air and in the presence of children.

Insiders said the penalty for said incursion could be as light as mere suspension on the part of Vice and Ion, or as heavy as the show being cancelled.

According to reports, decision over the matter will be released soon.
