Las Piñas LGU conducts 'Brigada Eskwela' in city's public schools

The Las Piñas city government conducted “Brigada Eskwela” in the city’s public schools on Aug. 11 in preparation for the opening of the school year on Aug. 29.

Vice Mayor April Aguilar was joined by stakeholders, private sectors, teachers, parents, students and volunteers in showing the “Bayanihan” spirit of cooperation and collaboration in preparing the schools.

The Public Information Office (PIO) posted in their Facebook page a video message of Mayor Imelda Aguilar thanking all who participated in making the activity a success. 

Aguilar also thanked the Las Piñas School Division Office (SDO) for their efforts in making the city schools conducive learning places for students.

She also praised the SDO for giving students better and quality education, which is also part of her administration's advocacy. 

The mayor vowed that all support will be given to schools, teachers, and students.
