Sen. Bato a huge hit as 'Batome'

Senator Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa is now hot topic on social media. 

People have been talking about his cameo appearance in the GMA series “Walang Matigas Na Pulis Sa Matinik Na Misis,” Sunday. 

Fans were unanimous in praising the lawmaker’s acting abilities as “Batome,” a tough-talking policeman fearful of his wife as played by Congresswoman Lani Mercado-Revilla. 

Note the show is headlined by Cong. Lani’s husband and Sen. Bato’s colleague in the upper chamber, Senator Bong Revilla.

Some of the comments:

“Bagay maging artista c Bato!”

“Tawang-tawa ako rito kay Bato...may ibubuga!”

“Nakakabitin si Batome!!!”

“May Lani na, may Bato pa + Bitoy! Wow! Sana i-extend ito!”

Sen. Bato is seemingly only too happy with the stint. He even flexed the episode on his Facebook page. 

The caption read, “Cameo muna si Sen Bato sa Walang Matigas na Pulis sa Matinik na Misis!” 

The same episode has earned over 50,000 likes on YouTube as of writing.
