Parañaque City Mayor Eric Olivarez formally introduced on Monday, Aug. 14, 22 young individuals who were chosen to work as "little government officials" for a single week.

He said the little government officials will work at the city government for one week in celebration of “Linggo ng Kabataan” this August.
The mayor said the young recruits will serve as the counterparts of 22 elected officials, including the executive officers, councilors, Liga ng mga Barangay presidents, and Youth Council Federation president, who will observe them in their respective offices.
The young leaders will learn the work and responsibilities of elected officials, and discover the ins and outs of serving the people of Parañaque
