Rizal LGU, foundation convene for Guronasyon 2023

The Rizal provincial government convened with the Guronasyon Foundation on Monday, Aug. 14, to discuss the upcoming Guronasyon 2023 which is an event aimed at giving honor to the province's teachers, educators, principals, school administrators, and staff.

Rizal Gov. Nina Ynares said that she met with Guronasyon Foundation Chairman Cong. Jack Duavit to discuss the preparations for the awarding ceremony.

The Guronasyon Foundation Inc., the event's award-giving body, was created by former Rizal Rep. Gilberto "Bibit" Duavit to honor the outstanding individuals of Rizal's education sector.

The nominees for the event will be judged based on their personal qualities and character, instructional competence and teaching effectiveness, and professional and community involvement.

"Ngayong taon din ipinagdiriwang ang ika-30 taon ng Guronasyon Foundation na itinatag ng ating former Cong. Gilberto "Bibit" Duavit. Natalakay din sa pagpupulong ang approval ng pagkakaroon ng Guronasyon Foundation Scholarship Program sa pangunguna ni Cong Jack Duavit (This year marks the 30th anniversary of Guronasyon Foundation established by former Cong. Gilberto "Bibit" Duavit. During the meeting, the attendees also discussed the approval of the creation of the Guronasyon Foundation Scholarship Program spearheaded by Cong.
