Man yields over P100,000 shabu in Taguig buy-bust

A man was arrested by the police in a buy-bust operation in Taguig on Aug. 11.

Taguig police said the suspect, Michael Cajocon, 40, was nabbed by operatives of the Station Drug Enforcement Unit on Archer Street in Barangay Pinagsama for violation of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002).

The operation yielded seven plastic sachets containing suspected shabu, weighing 16.66 grams with a value of P113,288, and two P100 bills used as buy-bust money.

Following his apprehension, the suspect underwent physical and medical examination at the Taguig Pateros District Hospital. He was transferred to the Southern Police District Forensic Unit located in Camp Bagong Diwa, Bicutan, Taguig City, for further drug testing.
