The 29-year-old Ardina was consistent at the front nine before shooting a birdie-bogey on the 11th and 12th holes.
She then picked up her game and birdied the par-3 15th hole to tally a three-round total of 210 following earlier rounds of 68 and 71.
Ardina finished six strokes behind eventual champion Gabriela Ruffels, who shot a 69 to finish with a 12-under 204 for the win.
Leading by two shots at the start of the final round, Ruffels came through with four birdies against a bogey on the second to capture the trophy and the $30,000 cash purse.
Katherine Smith (69) and Becca Huffer (70) finished three strokes behind with identical 207s to settle for the runner-up honors.
Ardina pocketed $4,892 (around P270,000).
Meanwhile, Clariss Guce posted an even-par 72 while Pauline Del Rosario limped home with a 74 to finish with similar 217s at joint 44th place.
