Aespa's Giselle to skip Outside Lands Music Festival in San Francisco

K-pop group Aespa’s Giselle will not perform at the Outside Lands Music Festival in San Francisco due to illness.

The girls are set to perform at the festival to be held at Golden Gate Park on Aug. 11. However, only three of them will be on stage.

In an announcement, SM Entertainment said, “Giselle has been showing symptoms of the flu and unfortunately will be unable to perform at Outside Lands with her members.”

“She is focusing on resting and getting better as recommended by the doctor. Despite the artist’s strong will to participate and perform, the decision was made to prioritize her condition and wellness,” the agency said.

It added, “We ask for your kind understanding and we thank all the fans for their love and support.”
