Las Piñas LGU distributes land titles to 144 beneficiaries

The Las Piñas City government distributed land titles to 144 beneficiaries on August 5.

Mayor Imelda Aguilar said the distribution of land titles, held at the Johnmary Ville covered court in Barangay Pulanglupa Dos, was led by Vice-Mayor April Aguilar.

Aguilar said the beneficiaries of the land titles were members of the Johnmary Ville Homeowners Association, Inc. Phase I.

She said the acquired lot will be paid at a lower price by the beneficiaries who have been living in the area for years.

She added this is one of the priority projects of her administration in providing residents with decent housing.
