K-pop idol Hwang Min-hyun to hold mini-concert in Manila

K-pop idol and actor Hwang Min-hyun will be holding a mini-concert in Manila in October.

The former member of K-pop boy band NU’EST will have his “2023 Hwang Min-hyun Mini Concert ‘Unveil’ in Manila” on Oct. 8 at the New Frontier Theater.

Hwang Min-hyun debuted as a member of NU’EST in 2012. He joined the survival audition show “Produce 101” season 2 in 2017 and won, eventually debuting in the project group “Wanna One,” which became active until January 2019.

After his stint in NU’EST, he launched his solo career, releasing the album “Truth or Lie” in February this year.

He also branched out into acting, appearing in dramas “Live On” and “Alchemy of Souls.” He is currently starring in the drama “My Lovely Liar” with actress Kim So-hyun.

Last June, he announced that he would be holding his first solo mini-concert “Unveil.” The Asia tour will feature his best performances and moments that will create lasting memories for all of his fans.

Ticketing to the Manila show, presented by Pledis Entertainment, Tonz Entertainment, Pulp Live World and Happee Hour, will start at noon on Aug. 20 at Ticketnet outlets nationwide or online via www.ticketnet.com.ph.
