Pasay LGU holds 'Binyagang Bayan'

The Pasay City government conducted a “Binyagang Bayan” or mass baptism ceremony for children on Saturday, July 8.

Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano said a total of 215 children were baptised during the ceremony held at the Parish of Our Lady of Airways. Rubiano and her brother, Rep. Antonino Calixto, served as godparents of the children who received the sacrament of baptism. The mayor said the “Binyagang Bayan” is part of her programs to help families whose children were not yet baptised.
