High-value drug pusher yields P864,000 worth of shabu, marijuana in Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya buy-bust

CAMP MARCELO A. ADDURU, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan – A delivery boy considered as a high-value drug target was arrested during a buy-bust operation in Paitan, Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya on Friday, July 7. Alias “Jojo,” 33, a resident of Barangay Sunlife, Naguilian, Isabela, was arrested by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency and the local police after he sold one heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing more or less five grams of shabu worth P34,000. Also recovered and confiscated from his possession were three heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets of more or less 25 grams of shabu with an estimated worth of P170,000. The raiders also found a bag containing five tape-sealed dried marijuana bricks with an estimated weight of five kilograms worth P600,000 and separate 500 grams of marijuana bricks with an estimated value of P60,000. Jojo and the confiscated hot items were brought to Bayombong police for documentation and proper disposition.
