Male fetus dumped in Batangas

CITY OF SANTO TOMAS, Batangas â€“ A five-month-old fetus was found in Barangay San Joaquin here on Tuesday, July 4. Police received a call from the Violence Against Women and Children (VAWC) desk of the barangay informing them that a male fetus was found inside a green eco-bag. Women and Children Protection Desk investigators Police Corporals Arvin Olis and Maricel Malabuyuc proceeded to the barangay to investigate. The fetus with a length of eight to nine inches was taken to the Eternal Homes Cemetery. Police are conducting an investigation to find out who dumped the fetus.
