4 minors nabbed for stealing tricycle in Isabela

CAUAYAN CITY, Isabela – Police arrested four minors for allegedly stealing a tricycle in Barangay Cabaruan here on Tuesday night, July 4. Police said in a radio interview that suspects were Child-in-Conflict with the Law between 15- to 18-years-old. Investigation said the suspects flagged down the tricycle and hit the driver, a 17-year-old student, in the head. Suspects tried to rob the victim and grab the tricycle key but he managed to run away. The victim sought assistance from his father and called authorities. Police caught the suspects pushing the tricycle hours later. The victim positively identified the suspects who were taken to the Cauayan police headquarters for further investigation and proper disposition. They will be turned over to the City Social Welfare and Development.
