ACT-CIS party-list Rep. Erwin Tulfo and former Senator Vicente “Tito” Sotto III were the top senatorial picks of Filipino registered voters in the June 2023 survey conducted by big data research firm Tangere.
Tangere conducted the senatorial survey from June 21 to 24 to determine Filipinos' preferences for the upcoming 2025 midterm elections.
According to the survey results released on Tuesday, July 4, Tulfo and Sotto were ranked first and second, respectively, with 63.08 percent and 52.04 percent of voter preferences.

Former Manila Mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso came in third with 51.29 percent.
Meanwhile, Senator Christopher "Bong" Go (48.38 percent), Dr. Willie Ong (44.04 percent), Senator Imee Marcos (43.58 percent), and Senator Ronald "Bato" Dela Rosa (37.25 percent) finished fourth, fifth, sixth, and seventh, respectively.
In the 8th to 12th place were former Senator Panfilo “Ping” Lacson (36.58 percent), Senator Pia Cayetano (36.00 percent), Davao City 1st District Rep. Paolo “Pulong” Duterte (35.96 percent), Senator Francis Tolentino (35.42 percent), and former Senator Emmanuel “Manny” Pacquiao (35.33 percent).
Senator Lito Lapid, former Vice President Leni Robredo, and former Senator Ralph Recto came in 13th, 14th, and 15th place, respectively.
The 2025 Tangere senatorial survey was conducted using a mobile-based respondent application with a sample size of 2,400 participants.
The proportion was distributed throughout the Philippines, with 12 percent from the National Capital Region, 23 percent from Northern Luzon, 22 percent from Southern Luzon, 20 percent from Visayas, and 23 percent from Mindanao.
