NewJeans, Treasure top weekly album chart in Korea; Pinoy boy band HORI7ON at No. 19

NewJeans topped the weekly physical album chart with their second mini-album “Get Up” selling 473,757 copies or an equivalent of 559,794 in physical record index (PRI) score.  Hanteo Chart ranks albums based on the physical record index score, which incorporates album sales and album price.  K-pop boy band Treasure’s “Reboot” placed second with 228,897 copies sold or PRI score of 266,462.  Monsta X’s Shownu X Hyungwon’s “The Unseen” grabbed third place with 90,929 copies in sales or a PRI score of 108,426.  NCT Dream’s “ISTJ” is in fourth place with 92,421 copies sold or 83,897 in PRI score.  Oh My Girl’s “Golden Hourglass” is in fifth place, garnering 57,066 copies in sales or 63,556 in PRI score.  Filipino boy band HORI7ON’s debut album “Friend-Ship,” released on July 24, ranked 19th with 2,945 copies sold or 2,784 in PRI score.  Here are the 20 top-selling albums in South Korea based on the physical record index scores on Hanteo Chart’s weekly album chart for July 24 to 30:  1\.
