This is how a Transformative, Lively and Caring City put importance to let this sector know that first, we support you; second, we are ready to make innovative programs for you; and third, you are being recognized by the city as an important part of our community),” said Cayetano. The “Kasalang Bayan for Couples with Disabilities” ceremony was spearheaded by the city government’s Persons with Disabilities Affairs Office together with the Taguig City Civil Registry. Cayetanon led the event that started from vows, giving the rings and arrhae or “aras” ceremony. Slicing of the cake and drinking of wine followed next.
