GOSSIP GIRL: Seth, Chie, and Giselle gather more than 3,000 Aborlanos in Palawan

ABORLAN, Palawan - More than 3,000 people flocked to the municipal gymnasium during the Congressman and Governor’s Night of Aborlan for their annual Rakudan Festival. This was the first ever recorded huge gathering in the sleepy town of Palawan. The reason? Young matinée idol Seth Fedelin, Dance Diva Chie Filomena, and yours truly were brought by the legend, Congressman Edward Hagedorn. While waiting for our turn to perform, Gossip Girl was able to get some juicy tidbits from rising stars, Chie and Seth.  So ladies first. Let’s start with the uber-sexy Chienna Roseph Filomeno, also known as Chienna Filomeno. This stunner is a model, actress, and dancer in the ABS-CBN television show "ASAP." Her Instagram boasts 3.7 million followers and her Facebook has 2.1 million followers. Why so? I guess it’s her waistline. Hehe. I already have a 25 waistline, but if you check our pictures, she looks like she has only half of my waistline. I wonder how she fits all her intestines in that tiny bit of a waistline. “I don’t really tell people my waistline, but since you’re so persistent to Ate Giselle, it’s 22. The age is 26, three brothers, zero sisters, and currently single.” Sorry to the gossip mongers, but the dance diva’s answer if she is currently dating Jake Cuenca is just simply, “no labels for now.” Although Jake did admit to the press that the two were enjoying each other’s company, Chie did confirm that she is included in the new movie of Asia's Superstar Kathryn Bernardo and Filipina Thespian-turned-Hollywood actress Dolly de Leon. The model-turned-actress also has a series on Netflix together with Miles Ocampo and Kelvin Miranda entitled Missed Connections about millennials and dating apps. The Aborlanas were going gaga over the charm of Seth. They were screaming and jumping up and down. Even the teen queen Miss Aborlan lost her composure and forgot she was a beauty queen. Together with her crown and sash, she was jumping up and down when Seth chose her among all the young ladies of Aborlan and serenaded her. I couldn’t even hear his songs anymore because all the ladies were screaming their hearts out. I realized that when you’re a matinée idol it doesn't matter anymore if you can sing or not because people wouldn’t be able to hear it anyway. Thank God I’m a comedienne because I really work hard writing my own jokes for people to laugh at. If I was a comedienne slash matinée idol, nobody would be listening to the jokes I have painstakingly written. Hahaha! By the way, that was a joke. Seth, whose real name is Marky Seth Yancy Fronda Fedelin, was discovered in Pinoy Big Brother, an ABS-CBN reality show. After graduating from Pinoy Big Brother, the handsome lad has already appeared in several Kapamilya series like "Kadenang Ginto," "Huwag Kang Mangamba," and his latest project now entitled "Dirty Linen" already has an accumulated 500 million combined views across all leading social media platforms. I asked the young man what his birthday wish was since he will be celebrating his 21st birthday this coming Sunday, July 9. “Good health lang po para sa akin at para sa mga mahal ko sa buhay.” (I just wish good health for me and my loved ones.) I asked Seth if that included Francine Diaz, his partner in Dirty Linen…He just bent over his head and sheepishly shied away from the question. Because of the success of Dirty Linen, Seth, and Francine will have a new project with ABS-CBN Entertainment together with Dreamscape Entertainment and KreativDen entitled "Fractured."
