DPWH completes P6.5-M road-widening project in Cagayan

AMULUNG, Cagayan – The Department of Public Works and Highways has completed the widening of the Cagayan Valley Road here which is expected to improve connectivity and accessibility in the area. District Engineer Mariano B. Malupeng said the P6.5-million project was funded under the General Appropriations Act of 2023 and will contribute to a safer traveling experience for residents. Construction work started on Feb. 9 and completed two months ago. Widened road had a length of 182 lineal meters and called a significant step forward in improving infrastructure and transportation in this town. It will also benefit residents and businesses here.
