Tulfo wonders if there's an 'early birds' prize at House plenary sessions

If there's a prize for early attendees to plenary sessions in the House of Representatives, ACT-CIS Party-list Rep. Erwin Tulfo might end up being a frequent winner. Earlier this week, the neophyte congressman posted on Facebook a photo of himself inside a near-empty plenary hall in Batasan Complex, Quezon City. "Wala ba reward para sa EARLY BIRDS? Hehehehe (Is there a reward for early birds?)" Tulfo wrote in his caption, obviously tongue-in-cheek. Clicking the post reveals that Tulfo was actually joined by Benguet lone district Rep. Eric Go Yap and ACT-CIS Party-list Rep. Edvic Yap at his table. Tulfo had just recently joined the roll of the House of Representatives as its 312th member.
