Joey de Leon: 'We are the only show na katapat ang sarili naming show!'

It’s National Dabarkads Day on July 29. And many netizens are eagerly awaiting what TVJ's "E.A.T" and TAPE's "Eat Bulaga!" have prepared for said date. Note that on that day, "Eat Bulaga!" will be marking its 44th anniversary. However, the show's pillars, iconic trio Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto, and Joey won't be there to celebrate it. The irony isn't lost on Joey. He tweeted: "We are breaking records! We are the only show na katapat ang sarili naming show! And on Saturday, July 29, we will have a 'double celebration!'" Joey also wrote in another post: "How will you celebrate 44 years if you don’t count and include the PAST? Ngek!"
