Gov. Fernando suspends classes, gov't work in Bulacan due to inclement weather
Despite the exit of Typhoon "Egay" from the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR), Bulacan Governor Daniel R. Fernando declared the suspension of classes in all levels, both private and public in the province of Bulacan on Friday, July 28, due to heavy rainfall brought about by the southwest monsoon.
Work in government offices was also suspended except for government agencies involved in the disaster response and other vital public services, according to the Bulacan governor.
