With the win, F2 Logistics is set to meet with the Cignal HD Spikers in the battle for third with a chance to replicate its previous finish in the All-Filipino conference.

It was a challenging past week for F2 Logistics following ace spiker Kianna Dy’s absence from the team due to a right knee injury she sustained in the team’s semis clash against defending champion Creamline Cool Smashers.

With Dy sitting out the remainder of the conference, four Cargo Movers stepped up to bring the team back to its competitive form.

Myla Pablo and Majoy Baron pumped in 20 points each in the much-needed victory, with Pablo delivering 18 attacks, one block and a service ace while Baron dropping 15 attacks, four blocks and one service ace.

Meanwhile, Aby Maraño and Ivy Lacsina contributed 18 and 15 points, respectively.

“Well, it’s been very hard for the team. Siyempre we’ve come from loss after loss. It was very hard since Kianna also got injured. It was hard para buhayin sila. But we are very happy again na we’re back,” said F2 Logistics head coach Regine Diego.

The Vietnamese team wrapped up its brief campaign in the midyear tilt winless in five matches.

It was Huong Nguyen anew who paced the Kinh Bac-Bac Ninh with 19 points highlighted by 18 kills.
