UPM shifts to asynchronous classes, issues work suspension amid heavy rains
The University of the Philippines Manila (UPM) on Thursday, July 27, announced the shift in asynchronous mode of learning and work suspension due to inclement weather.

In its social media account, UPM shifted from regular to asynchronous classes due to stormy weather conditions from July 27 to 28. “Due to inclement weather, the conduct of mid-year term classes will shift to remote or asynchronous modes on July 27 and 28, 2023,” UPM stated, citing the office of the Chancellor. Similarly, due to inclement weather, UPM hoisted a work suspension in the campus. “Due to inclement weather, work in UP Manila is suspended today, July 27, 2023, as of 2 pm.,” UPM said. “Please stay safe,” it added. *(Sonny Daanoy)*
