Over 20 children undergo free harelip, cleft palate operation in Baliwag, Bulacan
Over 20 children with harelip and cleft palate received free medical operations at the Baliwag District Hospital in the province of Bulacan on Wednesday, July 26.
The children were beneficiaries for the month of July who were screened, and given clearance for surgery and admission.

Fernando and Castro both expressed their full support to ensure the development and implementation of programs and services that are intended for the general welfare of Persons with Disabilities (PWDs). In his short message, Fernando grabbed the opportunity to announce his visit soon to Korea to talk with the province's Korean officials who are asking him for about 600 Bulakenyo workers. Fernando said he would like to take a look at the sites where the hundreds of Bulakenyos should work to see if the place is safe for them before the Koreans got his approval.Â
