Nolcom deploys search and rescue teams

CAMP AQUINO, Tarlac City – The Armed Forces Northern Luzon Command (Nolcom) has mobilized 350 search, rescue, and retrieval (SRR) teams to help communities affected by typhoon “Egay.” The Nolcom deployed 1,992 highly trained SRR personnel, 813 Civilian Active Auxiliary, and 197 reservists in Northern Luzon. "Swiftly reaching and aiding those affected by typhoon ‘Egay’ is our top priority," said Lt. Gen. Fernyl G. Buca, Nolcom chief. "We are tirelessly working to provide assistance, relief, and support to affected communities during this challenging time.”
