Albay cop yields 30 grams of shabu in a buy-bust, PDEG says

A policeman assigned in Albay landed in jail after he was caught selling illegal drugs in a buy-bust in Oas town, the Philippine National Police- Drug Enforcement Group (PDEG) disclosed on Thursday, July 27. Nabbed was Police Staff Sgt. Gregg C. Redoblado, 37. PDEG director Col. Dionisio Bartolome said the policeman is on their list of high-value target and was collared after a buy-bust was set up on Thursday morning  in coordination with local intelligence unit and the PNP’s Integrity Monitoring and Enforcement Group. Seized from him were more or less 30 grams of suspected shabu, his service firearm, a motorcycle and the buy-bust money. “The arrested person was brought to Oas Municipal Police Station for documentation and proper disposition,” said Dionisio.
