People in areas with deep flood water evacuated while others were rescued by Bureau of Fire Protection-Iloilo City and Iloilo City DRRMO. The Iloilo City Health Office distributed Doxycycline to prevent leptospirosis. This city is not under any storm signal. Egay left the Philippine Area of Responsibility on Thursday.
