Why Jak Roberto was 'dateless' at GMA Gala

Jak Roberto has come out to explain why he and his girlfriend of six years, actress Barbie Forteza, walked the red carpet at this year's GMA Gala, separately. In an interview with Nelson Canlas, he reiterated that he and Barbie discussed about it prior.
He said, "Nag-usap na kami na kailangan solo, solo kami lumakad sa red carpet para ma-emphasize yung damit. Makapag-thank you sa designer; mas may spot kumbaga." Meanwhile, on Instagram, Barbie re-shared Cosmopolitan Philippines' post which read: "We Need A Jak Roberto - Someone Who's Not Afraid To Let Us Shine And Supports Our Career Choices." Barbie commented: "I am one lucky gal." Recall that the two not walking together on the red carpet sparked rumors.
