A man died after being trapped inside a truck in Malabon City on Tuesday, July 25.
The Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP)Â identified the victim as Marcelino Francisco, 58.

According to Roderick Tongcol, Malabon Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) head, Francisco was unloading mirrors from a truck when the vehicle suddenly turned to its right side in Barangay Maysilo, Malabon City at around 12 p.m.. The victim was trapped inside the vehicle with the mirror case behind his back. Tongcol said Marcelino reportedly died even before the rescue team arrived. The victim's body was retrieved around 7 p.m., the BFP said.
