2 killed, 21 injured in bus-truck collision in Indonesia's East Java


JAKARTA, Indonesia -- Two people were killed and 21 others injured in a bus-truck collision in Indonesia's East Java province on Wednesday.

"A bus coming from the east hit a truck head-on before crashing into a building," said Kadek Yasa, a police officer of the province's Situbondo regency.

The drivers of the truck and the bus both died, while 20 passengers were slightly injured. The crash also caused a traffic jam until the vehicles were moved out of the road.

An investigation of the collision is still underway.
